Acting as the central hub between flight operations, engineering, and maintenance teams, the MCC supports rapid decision-making during irregular operations and minimizes aircraft downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• 24/7 Technical Support: Provide real-time assistance to flight crews and dispatchers for operational technical issues.
• Troubleshooting & Defect Management: Coordinate immediate corrective actions and ensure proper defect rectification.
• AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Management: Respond rapidly to AOG situations to restore aircraft serviceability with minimal delay.
• Line Maintenance Coordination: Oversee and direct line maintenance at base and outstations for timely task completion.
• Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact between flight operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Monitoring MEL/CDL Items: Track deferred defects under the Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and Configuration Deviation List (CDL).
• Technical Logbook Review & Control: Monitor aircraft technical logs to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Flight Dispatch Support: Provide technical clearance for aircraft dispatch and ensure all maintenance requirements are met.
• Decision-Making in Irregular Operations: Support operational decisions during disruptions, diversions, or emergencies.
