Care4Jets provides specialized Engine Wash Services to maintain optimal performance and efficiency of aircraft engines. Available at Bucharest Băneasa Airport (BBU), these services are performed in accordance with OEM guidelines and the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), ensuring safety, compliance, and thorough cleaning of critical engine components.

• Airbus A320 Family: Performed in cooperation with our trusted partner
Engine Wash Procedure:
1. Preparation & Safety Measures
• Aircraft positioned in designated wash area with safety protocols in place
• Engine inlets and surrounding components inspected and protected
• Procedures follow AMM and OEM guidelines
2. Washing Process
• Specialized engine wash rig connected to engine core
• Deionized water, with or without approved detergent, injected while motoring the engine using aircraft starter or external power
• Removes salt, carbon, and other contaminants from the compressor section
3. Post-Wash Inspection & Documentation
• Visual inspection ensures cleanliness and no fluid residue
• Engine parameters monitored during ground run if required
• All actions recorded in the aircraft technical log and signed by certified personnel
