Line Maintenance Overview
Care4Jets provides comprehensive Line Maintenance services for Boeing 737 NG, Airbus A320 family, ATR aircraft, and other types at our base and remote locations.
Our skilled technicians perform routine checks, minor defect rectifications, component replacements, and MEL compliance, ensuring each aircraft is safe, compliant, and flight-ready.
With efficient turnaround support, accurate logbook handling, and coordination with MCC and CAMO, we minimize downtime and keep operations on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pre-Flight, Transit, and Daily Checks: Conduct routine inspections to ensure aircraft readiness.
• Minor Defect Rectification: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ramp or at the gate.
• Component Replacements & Minor Repairs: Replace wheels, brakes, lights, filters, and other components on-site.
• MEL Compliance: Ensure deferred defects remain within MEL limits and are properly documented.
• Quick Turnaround Support: Perform efficient maintenance during short ground times to support flight schedules.
• Technical Logbook Handling: Review and sign off on technical log entries accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Coordination with MCC & CAMO: Communicate with Maintenance Control Center and CAMO for guidance and approvals.
• Support at Base & Outstations: Provide maintenance services at main base and remote airports as required.
• Battery Charging & Fluid Servicing: Carry out routine oil top-ups, hydraulic checks, and battery maintenance.
• Safety & Emergency Equipment Checks: Verify the presence and condition of emergency equipment before flight.
